All quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer.
Quotes may change if:
- Additional items are added.
- Access differs from the information provided.
- Extra labour is required.
- Waiting time exceeds reasonable limits.
- Parking restrictions prevent normal access.
- The scope of work changes.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once accepted by WrightVanRemovals and any requested deposit has been received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate.
4. Deposits
Certain bookings may require a deposit to secure the date.
Deposits are deducted from the final balance.
Where permitted by law, deposits may be non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within the cancellation period.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Late payments may incur additional charges where legally permitted.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Ensure safe access to the property.
- Obtain any necessary parking permits.
- Declare valuable or fragile items.
- Disconnect appliances where required.
- Ensure children and pets are supervised during the move.
7. Delays
While we always aim to arrive on time, delays caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
We will keep customers informed wherever possible.
8. Cancellations
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange a booking.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice provided and any costs already incurred.
9. Damage & Liability
Reasonable care is taken when handling all items.
Customers must notify WrightVanRemovals of any alleged damage as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, before the team leaves the property.
Our liability is limited to the level of insurance cover applicable to the booking, unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage.
- Items packed by the customer.
- Mechanical or electrical faults.
- Cash.
- Jewellery.
- Valuable documents.
- Perishable goods.
- Items prohibited from transport.
10. Insurance
We carry appropriate business insurance, including Goods in Transit and Public Liability Insurance.
Insurance cover is subject to policy terms, exclusions and claim procedures.
11. Packing Services
Where packing services are provided by WrightVanRemovals, reasonable care will be taken to protect your belongings.
Customers should inform us of any particularly valuable or fragile items before packing begins.
12. Clearance Services
Items collected during clearance services become the responsibility of WrightVanRemovals once removed from the property, unless otherwise agreed.
Waste will be disposed of responsibly in accordance with applicable UK regulations.
13. Prohibited Items
We reserve the right to refuse transportation of items including, but not limited to:
- Illegal goods
- Explosives
- Firearms
- Hazardous chemicals
- Gas cylinders
- Flammable liquids
- Dangerous waste
- Any item prohibited by UK law

15. Privacy

16. Force Majeure
